After only four weeks he obtained total dryness. We think the alarm was the cure-all, but agree that using the alarm with the Oxybutynin and the Happy Bladder Diet together really quickened the results. I actually worked with Diane Rosenbaum when I was an intern at Children's in the early 90s and never knew I'd be one day using her techniques! I have just completed reading your book and have started this program with my eight year old son. So far he is doing very well. My son was adopted so we did not know his family history. He has primary nocturnal enuresis.

I am a Family Nurse Practitioner myself. I have not found that many physicians - even my sons pediatric urologist - know more than to give medication. There is a program that a friend tried called [omitted by editor] that charged $2000.00 for the same method.

I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for this program.

We have tried several things to help our 6.5 year old to stay dry for the last few years.
NOTHING worked. ... We started TRY for DRY in January and have had great success. We have used only a few silver stars and continue to mark our calendar with a gold one, day after day. This has been just short of a miracle for us. Our son hooks himself up to the device by himself and has taken full ownership of his success. I have recommended this program to everyone. If our son does start to wet, the alarm actually wakes him up. In the past, it was as if a train could run right through his room and he would not hear it, but for some reason this does the trick.

Just wanted to thank you for your great Try for Dry Book, alarm & program. Our 5 1/2 year old son began the program in mid-January. Within just a week he was consistently waking up to the alarm. Within a month and a half, he could either go the whole night dry or would wake himself up before the alarm even went off. We've now gone two weeks without the alarm and have had no accidents! I had doubts about the cost of the alarm, but it has been worth every penny!
