Try for Dry Products
30 Day Replacement Guarantee

If your alarm malfunctions as a result of a manufacturing defect within 30 days of the original date of purchase, please return the product for a replacement. Due to the personal nature of this product, we cannot offer a refund. We cannot replace alarms damaged due to neglect, abuse or normal wear and tear.

When You Receive an Alarm
The enuresis alarm is a relatively simple device and not prone to malfunctions. Rare manufacturing defects are almost always evident upon receipt of the alarm. For this reason we urge you to test your alarm as soon as you open the package.

Testing the Alarm
Before returning the alarm, please check the following:

  • The red plastic strip present on new alarms needs to be removed. The strip is there to keep the battery from draining during storage and transportation.

  • Confirm the unit has a battery (four Panasonic LR44, or equivalent as shown on inside case housing).

  • To test the alarm, moisten your fingertips and hold the moisture sensor. If the alarm does not sound when testing with moist fingers, replace the battery and try again.

If the alarm works when you test it but does not work when your child is wearing it, check to make sure the moisture is reaching the sensor. Confirm the sensor pocket is positioned in the area of your child's undergarment that typically gets the most wet. This position is usually different for boys and girls.

If the alarm does not sound after trying it with the fresh battery, testing the sensor  and checking the sensor position in the undergarment, contact us at returns@tryfordry.com  for replacement instructions.
